The Nebraska Chapter of the American Statistical Association meets twice annually, once in the fall and once in the spring. The Nebraska Chapter hosts social events and workshops to encourage professional development and provide networking opportunities. To join, email AMSTAT.nebraska@gmail.com

Statistics Graduate Student Association

All Statistics graduate students are encouraged to join. The organization consists of current Statistics graduate students. The Statistics Graduate Student Association aims to provide opportunities for graduate students to get to know each other by hosting events throughout the school year such as monthly Happy Hours, a Fall Welcome Lunch, a March Madness competition, cultural potlucks, and a bowling outing. Member dues ($5 or a 24-pack of pop per semester) help us to provide the welcome lunch and bowling outing free of charge to all graduate students.
