contains a tentative schedule for this
semester and is updated weekly to correspond to topics covered in
class. Lecture notes are available here as well as class capture
recordings through the "video" links. Class-capture recordings for 2008
are still available through

Please note that I use
MathType for all
equations in my Word files. Sometimes, parts of these equations will not
look correct if you do not have MathType's corresponding
fonts on your computer. You can download a free, executable file
containing the fonts from their website. Click
here to go to
their font installer web page. While the web page asks for an e-mail
address, your e-mail address is not needed to download the fonts.

*Due to having class for an extra 10 minutes per meeting, the class has met
this semester for the equivalent time of a standard 1 hour and 15 minute class.

discussed in class. You are not responsible for the topics not
discussed in class unless specifically mentioned in my lecture notes or
