Bioinformatics Specialization
As part of the Interdisciplinary Bioinformatics Specialization, the department offers a specialization in bioinformatics. This specialization involves course work in the biological and computational aspects of bioinformatics in addition to the statistical aspects. Students will have the opportunity to work on projects with researchers working in the field of bioinformatics. Currently the department offers three courses which deal with bioinformatics.
